Order Handling

After your purchase order has been verified, product/s are quality checked, packaged and labeled. We strive to process the orders received within the day for shipping on the same day. The sales and logistics team process the orders, which can take up to one (1) to two (2) days during peak season.

Shipping and Delivery Within Metro Manila.

After your purchase order is processed and your payment verified, your parcel will be shipped to the given address/destination. For pick up via Lalamove, Grab, in store pick up, or via the manufacturer’s delivery, the ordered products will be received within the day, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics or due to unforeseeable events. Other courier option may take 3-5 days.

Shipping and Delivery to Luzon.

After your purchase order is processed and your payment verified, your parcel will be shipped to the given address/destination. Your parcel will be shipped in 1-2 business days and will arrive at their destination in three to five (3-5) days, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics or due to unforeseeable events.

Shipping and Delivery to Visayas and Mindanao.

After your purchase order is processed and your payment verified, your parcel will be shipped to the given address/destination. Your parcel will be shipped in 1-2 business days and will arrive at their destination in 5-7 days, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics or due to unforeseeable events.

If you do not receive your order after fifteen (15) business days, please inform us as soon as you can.

For the postage of your orders, we usually use the reliable courier partners such as the Ninja Van, Lala Move, J&T Express, LBC, Manufacturer’s Delivery Partners, Cebu Pacific, Grab Express.

Pick Up from the Nearest Warehouse.

After your purchase order is processed and your payment verified, you may opt to pick up the same through our warehouse. The packing and labeling may take at least one (1) business day, depending on the volume of your order. Please inform us 2 hours before the scheduled pick up so we can arrange this for you.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses and Internationally.

Customers can choose to ship to multiple addresses for more than one item purchases, just create a note for us upon purchase and we will gladly assist you with this.

We can ship internationally, where customers are responsible for the shipping fees, extra customs duties, and other related fees. For more details, you may contact us through this page.

Wrong Delivery Address

We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong. Just contact us within an hour of placing your order regarding this. We advise you to contact us via live chat so we will be promptly notified of your concern.
