After your purchase order has been verified, product/s are quality checked, packaged and labeled. We strive to process the orders received within the day for shipping on the same day. The sales and logistics team process the orders, which can take up to one (1) to two (2) days during peak season.

After your purchase order is processed and your payment verified, your parcel will be shipped to the given address/destination. For pick up via Lalamove, Grab, in store pick up,  the ordered products will be received within the day, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics or due to unforeseeable events. Other courier option may take 3-5 days.

Wrong Delivery Address

We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong. Just contact us within an hour of placing your order regarding this. We advise you to contact us via live chat so we will be promptly notified of your concern.
