1. ADD TO CART NOW — Simply Add to Cart the milk tea product that you want to order. The Cart page will indicate the initial amount to be paid, with the option to calculate the shipping fee. You can add products as many as you want.
2. ONLINE ORDER CHECKOUT — after adding all products that you want to purchase in the Cart page, you can click the Proceed to checkout button where you will be redirected to the Checkout page. On this page, you are will need to input the necessary details such as the complete name of the receiver, shipping address, phone number, email address, and preferred mode of payment.
If you need to ship to a different address, there is an option to do that on the Checkout page. Also, you can leave Order notes if you have specific instructions to be included in your order.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT — payments are processed securely via our payment gateway providers. It is also preferred to have a cashless transaction due to the situation brought by the corona virus.
Acceptable payment methods are: (a) Cash On Delivery or COD; (b) Online Bank Transfer – BPI and BDO; (c) Debit / Credit Card; (d) PayPal; (e) GCash; (f) GrabPay (g) Remittance Center – Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhullier, LBC.
4. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER — after placing an order, an email will be sent to you to notify that your order is being processed. For non-COD payment, you may send directly the proof of payment to [email protected] or to our Facebook page via messenger.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY — we ship to anywhere in the Philippines. After we have verified, labelled, and packed your order, we will deliver it immediately to your specified address. We also accommodate within-a-day delivery with additional charges and in selected areas only.
