Do You Offer Product Demo/Preparation?

We currently have halted our in-person demo/product preparation due to the corona virus measures. Our business package however includes a comprehensive manual that will teach you on how to properly prepare milk tea products; this is accompanied by a video tutorial and a Facebook Group where you can submit questions relevant to the proper preparation. Thus, in person demo/product preparation may not be practical anymore.

What Are The Acceptable Payment Method If I Purchase Online?

We accept cashless transaction and payment through different methods at the convenience of our customer. This includes the following: PayPal, Online Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Money Remittance Centers, and GCash. In the event that the preceding payment methods are not available on your end, please contact us so we can assist you regarding your concern.

When Can I Receive My Order?

What Are Your Prices Based On?

Prices are provided by our partner-manufacturers, importers, and distributors. Price adjustment may be affected though due to the factors such as shipping fees, location of the supplier, platform convenience fees, supply and demand.

I Need to Return My Order —  What Should I Do?

If the purchased products do not meet the standard we set for you, you have the option to ship it back to us within the period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt and subsequently, you can request for a refund.
